Rooms are available for business-related purposes only. OzSBI reserves the right to deny or cancel reservations. All rooms are ADA accessible, and an elevator is available for second-floor rentals.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Renters are responsible for setting up and returning the room to its original layout and condition by the end of the reservation.
Cleaning fees may apply if the room is not properly reset: $20 for the Board Room and Hangar, and $40 for the Conference Room.
Renters are responsible for any damage to rooms, contents, or equipment and must report damages immediately. OzSBI is not responsible for personal injury or loss of property. The facility is smoke-free, drug-free, and weapons are prohibited.
