Tenant Clients lease an all-inclusive office in the OzSBI facility and become part of a dynamic entrepreneurial community. One of the cornerstones of our philosophy as a Business Incubator is that area business owners need a low-cost, high-tech, all-inclusive space in which they are surrounded by experienced mentors and entrepreneurs in order to be as successful as possible.

Our building hosts 21 beautiful, private offices designed to fit the needs of most small business owners. Each office and area in the building is ADA-Compliant. Our pricing is all-inclusive, saving business owners the headache and additional expense of multiple bills. Each office includes optional office furniture (you can also bring your own), highspeed internet, access to a complete Xerox Work Center, utilities, and 24-hour access to the building. The only add-on is an optional VoIP telephone system, available at a low monthly rate.
