Home Sweet Homemaker Receives Microloan with OzSBI Assistance

Jenny Raith recently received a microloan through Justine PETERSEN with the assistance of the Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI) to start The Cozy Collective, a private online community for women who want to rediscover their worth, creativity, and purpose through homemaking.  With more than 28 years of homemaking experience, Jenny now shares her wisdom from the perspective of an empty nester, helping women create homes that feel peaceful, proud, and deeply personal. Through her work, she encourages women to slow down, embrace imperfection, and define success on their own terms. Jenny believes that homemaking is not about doing more, but about living with intention and finding beauty in the everyday moments that make a house a home. To learn more about the upcoming online community, follow Home Sweet Homemaker on Facebook, or join the waitlist at homesweethomemaker.com/the-cozy-collective-waitlist.

Justine PETERSEN serves existing and startup businesses with the goal of graduating businesses back to mainstream financing.  Justine PETERSEN can fund loans from $500 to $500,000 to qualifying businesses.  OzSBI is their boots on the ground in Douglas, Howell, Oregon, Ozark, Shannon, Texas, and Wright counties, assisting businesses with their loan application.  Microloans may be used as direct loans, seed capital, or “gap” financing combined with other lending. The application process is similar to a traditional bank loan application. The main qualifiers for consideration are sound financial projections and collateral.  Individuals with credit challenges are able to receive credit score counseling and access to credit building loan products.
