Country Dream Kennels Holds Grand Opening


Tonya Murray, an OzSBI Client and Microloan recipient, recently held a grand opening for her dog boarding business in Mansfield on April 24th. In addition to Tonya’s family, OzSBI CEO, Heather Fisher, and CFO, Ila Sloan, were able to join here for the occasion as well as OzSBI Microloan Board Members Omar Galal with Carbon Cycle and Rick Donely with Century Bank of the Ozarks in Douglas County. 

Country Dream Kennels offers affordable pet boarding services at their location at 2048 Dennis Road in Mansfield, just minutes from Hwy 60. They are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 6, Saturday from 8 – 11, and Sunday by appointment only. OzSBI’s Microloan Fund offers microloans of up to $50,000 to qualifying businesses in Douglas, Howell, Oregon, Ozark, Shannon, Texas, and Wright counties and within the city limits of Mammoth Spring, AR. The goal of the program is to stimulate the local economy by providing startup and expansion loans to new and existing businesses. Microloans may be used as direct loans, seed capital, or “gap” financing combined with other lending. The application process is similar to a traditional bank loan application. The main qualifiers for consideration are good credit and a sound financial plan.
