The Five Dysfunctions of a Team

September 13, 2023 @ 9:00 am 4:00 pm

$175 – $220

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team outlines the root causes of politics and dysfunction on the teams where you work and the keys to overcoming them. Counter to conventional wisdom, the causes of dysfunction are both identifiable and curable. However, they don’t die easily. Making a team functional and cohesive requires levels of courage and discipline that many groups cannot
seem to muster. The workshop is based on the book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni.

This full-day workshop will be separated into two half-day sessions. The morning session will cover insights into the 5 dysfunctions and the consequences. The afternoon session will go into action planning and brainstorming specific solutions for organizations and how to remedy this dysfunction.

The objectives of the workshop:
  • Help teams make substantial progress in working together as a team
  • Have a deeper understanding of the contributions of each team member
  • Develop strategies to help the team overcome each of the five dysfunctions

Registration Deadline: Monday, September 11, 2023 at 8 am.

Minimum class size: 5
