QuickBooks Online for Business

In this course, participants will be introduced to QuickBooks Online, Intuit’s cloud accounting software. This hands-on training will show you how to utilize the software, document and track the accounting activity of your business, and how to generate reports to make informed decisions for your business. All workshop attendees will receive a QuickBooks Online Handbook to take home.

- Features and functions of QuickBooks Online
- Basic accounting principles
- Setting up your company
- Managing your company account and settings
- Navigating QuickBooks Online
- Recording sales, expenses, and purchases
- Understanding the report dashboard and how to generate reports

To reserve your seat in this workshop, payment must be received in advance of the workshop. OzSBI does not reimburse for canceled workshops; instead, you will receive credit in the amount of the workshop cost. The credit can be applied towards other workshops or events during the same year. It will become a donation to OzSBI if not used by December 31st, 2024.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Ila Sloan manages OzSBI’s microloan programs, the incubator finances, mentors clients and teaches classes. She recently moved to West Plains with her husband Mark from San Antonio, TX and brings with her over 25 years of banking experience. Ila most recently worked for the Bank of San Antonio as their Credit Manager. Ila graduated from Baker University in 2005 with BS in Business Management.
