OzSBI was one of four small business incubators in the state awarded with 2022 tax credits from the Missouri Department of Economic Development.

OzSBI has been awarded $152,652 in 50% Missouri tax credits, which will allow donors to make a big impact on our local economy while simultaneously reducing their tax liability.

These funds will enable OzSBI to invest more time and resources in growing its entrepreneurial ecosystem in the seven counties it serves through business workshops, counseling and access to OzSBI’s Microloan Fund.

Donors recover 50% of their donation as a direct reduction in their Missouri taxes, and a portion of the donation may be taken as a charitable deduction against federal income tax.
