Kelly Slayton is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Community First Banking Company.  Slayton has 38 years of banking experience in Deposit Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing.  She is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison WI Human Resources School and their Advanced Human Resources program.  Slayton has served on several Missouri Banker’s Association committees and is currently serving on their Legislative Affairs committee.
