Dr. Jenny Long is a licensed clinical psychologist and owner of Midwest Counseling and Assessment, LLC. She opened MCA in 2017 after a decade working in Community Mental Health. Her vision was to create a “boutique” therapy office which offered clients a comfortable, private setting with quicker access in our community. Dr. Long is the only active psychologist in the West Plains area and specializes in treating trauma, chronic pain and illness, anxiety, and working professional issues. She also performs numerous psychological evaluations such as IQ, adoption evaluations, and pre-op surgical clearance (for various medical procedures such as weight loss surgery, etc.) Dr. Long lives in West Plains with her husband, Rocky, and daughter, Addison. She loves dogs as much as people and enjoys reading, rearranging furniture, and swimming.
