As the Chief Executive Officer, Heather oversees OzSBI’s strategic development, fundraising and outreach.  She is a certified Business Advisor with GrowthWheel and LaunchU, mentoring small business and facilitating workshops.  Heather moved to the West Plains area in 1998 and with her husband Chrys and has two sons. She has a Masters in Social Work from Washington University with a focus in Social and Economic Development and a minor in Nonprofit Management. Previously, Heather served in the Peace Corps in Thailand, was the Economic Developer of Thayer and Oregon County for three years, and operated her own grant writing business for ten years.
