Chuck Swift is the founder and co-owner of Restoring Hope, LLC. Restoring Hope provides residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities and contracts with the Missouri Department of Mental Health and Missouri’s Children’s Division of Family Services. Chuck graduated from the University of Missouri – Rolla, now known as the Missouri University of Science and Technology, with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. Chuck’s career started with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) in 1984. He started his first business in 1990 while employed at USGS. In 1993, Chuck retired and focused on growing his business full time. By 2008, his business employed approximately 175 people in southern Missouri. Later that year, Chuck founded Restoring Hope, which extended into regions across the state. Restoring Hope currently employs approximately 225 people and is looking to expand its services into additional states.
