For Women: Thriving in Change Workshop

Did you know that 70% of change intiatives fail? They may even seem successful at the time of implementation, but getting a change to STICK can be a challenge. In this session, learn the biggest obstacles and change in an organization, and how to overcome those. You will discover the 5 Guiding Principles of Change and how to apply those to major change initiatives or culture changes you are attempting in your workplace. Seating is limited to 15 participants. COVID-19 safety requirements are in place at OzSBI and must be followed by everyone who enters the building.​ To reserve your seat in this workshop, payment must be received in advance of the workshop. OzSBI does not reimburse for canceled workshops; instead, you will receive credit in the amount of the workshop cost. The credit can be applied towards other workshops or events during the same year. It will become a donation to OzSBI if not used by December 31st, 2021. 


Facilitator: Alia Stowers, Leadership Consultant and Presenter

Alia Stowers is a Leadership Consultant who works with organizational leaders and their teams. An engagment expert, her passion is in helping organizations create the kind of culture they want by empowering both leaders and front-line employees. She has been coaching leaders for 20 years and has a natural diagnostic gift when consulting with organizations. Her leadership training topics include engagement, strengths culture, diversity, communication, and team-building. Alia's communicaitons and teaching style is fun, interactive, and unique. A natural communicator, she has her MA in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University, is a Gallup-certified strengths and engagement coach, and a certified Great Game of Business coach.
