Business Resiliency Roundtable: Human Resources in Response to COVID

Human Resources in Response to COVID-Business Resiliency Roundtable

Has your business been impacted by COVID-19? Are you dealing with unexpected challenges with your Human Resources department?

If so, join us for a new Busines Resiliency Roundtable focusing on how to handle employee challenges during the COVID pandemic.

Human Resources in Response to COVID will focus on how to address new HR challenges brought to light by the pandemic. Speakers and panelists will discuss opportunities for supporting your employees during this time, staffing and operations, working with a leaner crew, and some of the payroll changes caused by the pandemic. You will also have the opportunity to ask your important questions of all panelists during the session.

You are not alone and we are here to assist you with a new series of virtual roundtables called Business Resiliency in a Time of Uncertainty. This roundtable series is designed to help you, as the business owner, gain clarity on key issues and learn how to create a path to recovery and optimization. Spend an hour with us to gain key insights on a variety of topics including managing cash flow, pivoting your business model, and keeping up with changes in human resource policies and procedures.

This series is funded through the Howell County CARES Act and offered in partnership between the Ozarks Small Business Incubator and the Missouri Small Business Development Center at Missouri State University.
