Unlock your CliftonStrengths to Thrive in the Workplace
July 13 @ 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Strengths development is the foundation for improvements in career, teamwork, and productivity. The Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment is a powerful tool that helps individuals discover their greatest strengths, and take aim at their purpose in life. When people focus on developing their natural gifts instead of trying to improve on their weaknesses, they can achieve exponential increases in the qualities that make them successful.
With a focus on Strengths, people can realize better performance in their job, lead teams to excellence and build strong, lasting relationships. The CliftonStrengths Assessment (formerly StrengthsFinder) is an essential tool that unlocks a person’s talent DNA and empowers them to thrive personally and professionally. In this workshop participants will learn how to use their Strengths every day, empowering them to be the best version of themselves.
People who play to their CliftonStrengths every day are:
- 3x as likely to have an excellent quality of life
- 6x as likely to be engaged at work
- 8% more productive in their role
- 6x as likely to do what they do best everyday
What You Will Learn in this workshop:
Prior to the workshop participants will complete an online CliftonStrengths Assessment. Through exercises and discussion, workshop attendees will gain an understanding of the 34 different CliftonStrengths, focus on their unique CliftonStrengths profile, and discover how to maximize their potential, increase their work engagement and build the life they desire professionally and personally. People who use CliftonStrengths to identify and develop their strengths are more likely to:
- Be more engaged at work
- Improve their interactions with team members
- Treat customers better
- Increase innovation and creativity
- Achieve more on a daily basis
- Do work in the way that aligns with their natural talents to achieve better results and personal satisfaction
Includes a CliftonStrengths Assessment to be completed before the class. A link will be emailed once registration is complete and payment received. The retail price for this assessment is $59.99. Assessments should be completed by June 30th.
To reserve your seat in this workshop, payment must be received in advance of the workshop. OzSBI does not reimburse for canceled workshops; instead, you will receive credit in the amount of the workshop cost. The credit can be applied towards other workshops or events during the same year. It will become a donation to OzSBI if not used by December 31st, 2023.
