Lunch and Learn: Credit Building for Businesses
February 22, 2023 @ 11:45 am – 1:00 pm
The ability for new and small businesses to obtain traditional bank financing is the goal of credit building. Many entrepreneurs resort to costly and risky alternatives, such as credit cards and payday lenders, to finance their businesses. This can make an already tough credit and cash flow situation worse.
In this Lunch & Learn session, small businesses will learn about strategies and tools for building good credit histories, and making their way to bank financing. The presentation will cover methods of managing credit that move scores to the good while also addressing any old bad debt. It will also introduce microenterprise financing tools for building good, bankable credit over time.
Registration Deadline: February 17, 2023 at 8 am
To reserve your seat in this workshop, payment must be received in advance of the workshop. OzSBI does not reimburse for canceled workshops; instead, you will receive credit in the amount of the workshop cost. The credit can be applied towards other workshops or events during the same year. It will become a donation to OzSBI if not used by December 31st, 2022.
