Beyond the Eclipse: How to Attract Tourists and Keep Them Coming Back

In this workshop, you will learn what draws tourists in, and what makes them want to rave about your business. We will explore unique ways you can turn temporary tourists into loyal customers so you and your community see real economic growth. Additionally, we’ll do a deep dive into easy content creation, emerging marketing AI, destination marketing, the importance of a cohesive Ozarks brand, and how to encourage Eclipse tourists to come back again and again.

To reserve your seat in this workshop, payment must be received in advance of the workshop. OzSBI does not reimburse for canceled workshops; instead, you will receive credit in the amount of the workshop cost. The credit can be applied towards other workshops or events during the same year. It will become a donation to OzSBI if not used by December 31st, 2023.

Her passion for marketing and business development blossomed during her time at Drury University and led her to open HIVEMINDED Marketing. HIVEMINDED is an award-winning agency that offers down-to-earth and holistic marketing services that get local businesses growing. Her big project in 2023 is teaching business owners, community leaders, and though-innovators to think like a marketer.

Our Vice President of Marketing and Communications is passionate about leading her team and helping small businesses grow. Bethany earned her BS in Public Relations at MSU. Originally taking a position as an unpaid intern to get marketing experience, her boss quickly pointed out that she was the hardest worker in the room. That focus fueled her climb to the top of the marketing department, specializing in public relations, social media, and email marketing. When she isn’t busy helping our clients envision long-term marketing strategies, she enjoys reading, spending time with her pets, visiting local breweries, and shopping.
