What does the Incubator do?
OzSBI serves as a catalyst for entrepreneurship by providing a broad spectrum of business support services and resources in a multi-tenant facility. The Incubator's support services and resources are designed to guide entrepreneurs through the initial stages of business planning and development to the final execution of their plan.
Through every stage OzSBI provides entrepreneurs with on-going support tailored to their needs. We connect entrepreneurs to qualified community, state, and federal resources and provide hands-on professional and business training.
OzSBI maximizes entrepreneurs' success by helping them navigate resources, strengthen knowledge, improve skills, form strategic alliances, and secure proper capitalization.
Who does OzSBI help?
OzSBI provides support services for start-up entrepreneurs as well as those with long-established businesses. The Incubator focuses specifically on businesses located in Douglas, Howell, Oregon, Ozark, Shannon, Texas, and Wright Counties. So, whether you are incubating a new business idea, or trying to improve your current business model, the Ozarks Small Business Incubator is available to help.
Offices and Meeting Rooms
The OzSBI building currently contains 8 client office spaces, 4 of 200 sq ft, 4 of 600 sq ft. Each comes fully furnished with desk(s) and chairs, state-of-the-art phone, wired and wireless broadband internet.
It also contains a professional Board Room, capable of seating 12 comfortablly. The room includes a kitchenette with sink, microwave and coffee maker. For sharing of computer screens, just plug your laptop into the tabletop-connection to share its screen on a 60" flat-screen monitor. A projection screen and white boards are also installed in the room.
The Meeting Room can seat 75 (or 40 with tables). It is equipped with a ceiling mounted computer projector and a pull-down screen. Large white-boards fill the end-walls. An acoustic folding wall can divide the large room into two smaller rooms.
