Clients are the businesses that OzSBI focuses its main attention on.  We work with the Client to improve their business skills and to build (and periodically re-evaluate) a Business Plan. They pay a small monthly fee which covers the costs of mentoring, tracking, and all workshops and seminars.  Tenant Clients also pay a monthly rent for space in the OzSBI building.  However, even Non-Tenant Clients are able to take advantage of many of the resources and all of the services.  See the Client/Membership Overview chart for details.

We set measurable goals together with our Clients and work together to meet them.  A long term goal for every Client, especially Tenant Clients,  is to graduate from OzSBI and move out.   The goal is to graduate in 3 years.  This makes room for other Clients.
