Join us for the Grand Opening of the IDEA Center, an exciting new coworking space for entrepreneurs

The IDEA Center is where remote workers, freelancers, and people developing new businesses can come to work in a shared office space with wifi, desks, comfortable seating and, of course, a coffee maker.

Coworking is built around the idea that entrepreneurs can be more innovative and creative when they are surrounded by other people growing their own businesses. It is the social, collaborative, and informal aspects of the process that often appeal to those who use it.  Coworking spaces are “where businesses are born.”

Program of Events

1:15-2:15 pm:  Ribbon Cutting and Dedication Ceremony. Keynote:  Christopher Masengill, Delta Regional Authority Federal Co-Chairman.

2:15-4:00pm:  Ongoing Activities. Visit with OzSBI clients and business counselors; enter prize drawings; tour the IDEA Center.

4-5:30 pm:  Elevator Pitch Competition.  Enter for a chance to win a one-year membership in the IDEA Center. See www.ozsbi.com/elevatorpitch for details.

5:30-6:30 pm:  Guest Speakers.  Hear from new and seasoned entrepreneurs about their successes and struggles.

6:30-7:00 pm:  Announce Winners. Elevator Pitch Competition and prize drawing winners announced.
