If you are a business owner who sells directly to local shoppers, this course will be helpful whether you already have a Facebook business page or if you need to create one. 

This workshop will be hands-on covering topics such as:

  • creating a Facebook business page

  • suggestions on how and when to post

  • scheduling posts

  • using "boost" and "ads"

  • getting likes and their meaning

  • effective posts

  • using Messenger to stay in contact with customers

  • using Instagram to cross-post on Facebook and Twitter

  • using Facebook Events

  • advertising on groups

  • Other Q&A

Attendees should have an existing personal Facebook account and bring information regarding any upcoming events, menus, business hours, etc. to update your business information during the workshop. If you already have a buiness Facebook page, great! You will be reviewing your page to make sure your menus, hours, websites, phone numbers, etc. are current, and checking your page description.
