Creating a Business Plan and Budget
The goal of this workshop is to help business owners develop an understanding of a business plan, what goes into it, how to write one and its usefulness. Developing a financial plan for your business will also be covered in detail and include investment required for startup or expansion, creating cash flow projections and developing a business budget.
The business plan will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Executive Summary
- Background Information
- Business Concept
- Description of Products/Services
- Management Structure & Organization
- The Marketing Plan
- The Financial Plan
- Conclusion: The Feasibility Statement
- Supporting Documents
